Satisfaction with services as a factor of tourism development in the area of Prácheňsko

The bachelor thesis is aimed at identifying various types of factors that affect tourist´s satisfaction and analysing them. The main factors to be considered are the quality of the services offered in the Prácheňsko area and also the number of these services of the primary and secondary offer. These data were obtained using a questionnaire among tourists who visited this area in summer 2020 - the top of the season. Most of the tourists were from the Czech Republic and about thirty of them were foreigners. The questionnaire also compare the situation in Prácheňsko and South Bohemia as a whole. The collected data and their subsequent analysis is used for evaluating the current situation and for improving, both the quality of services and satisfaction. Consequently, a possible recommendation suggested in this thesis addresses the needs of this area of tourism.
